Pancakes & Love hosts neighborhood pancake gatherings where residents are invited to come eat, meet their neighbors, talk and simply spend time together. The meal removes the barriers.
There isn't a seminar.
Nobody stands up to lecture anyone.
There isn't a sales pitch.
You will never be asked to buy or sign anything.
There isn't a message.
No religious or political agenda. Just breakfast and neighbors.

The message is not "pay for your pancakes."
The meal is available whether someone can contribute or not. Nobody should ever feel embarrassed because they cannot donate. If someone is able and wants to contribute, their donation helps carry the experience forward to another neighborhood or another Pancakes & Love program.
"Someone helped make today possible for you. If you're able, help us make it possible for someone else."
One community helps the next. Then the next community helps another. That's the cycle.
